Costa Diamante on Sandy Beach is where Casa Tortuga (D-10) is located. This home is a gorgeous villa in a secure, gated community in Rocky Point Mexico. Not only is it architecturally beautiful, it is also impeccably furnished including relief wall art and modern appliances. A true dream home, with a view of the Sea of Cortez, which is 100 steps away via a paved pathway to the beach. All of these features allow for creating many family memories in an "Old World Mexican" space.
The pool and spa area are in the common area of the HOA. There is also a volleyball net placed on the beach each day for use by the homeowners and guests. We have Kayaks, paddle boards and beach toys and chairs available.
Sandy Beach, a neighborhood in Puerto Peñasco, is home to this vacation home. Old Port and Fisherman's Monument are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Islands and Protected Areas of the Gulf of California and Alto Golfo de California Biosphere Reserve.
