Family-friendly vacation home in Playa del Carmen
At only 1 mile from the gorgeous beach of Xcalacoco you will find the neighborhood of Balam tun. It's a gated community with 24/7 security, parks/ playgrounds and a very tasty and affordable restaurant. Also there are two small supermarkets within the neighborhood itself that will provide you with your daily basic grocery needs. The people that live in Balam tun are very friendly and will make you feel right at home.
Our house has 3 bedrooms with an equal number of big comfortable king size beds, providing room to a maximum of 6 people. The bedrooms are fully equipped: Multiple sets of bedclothes/ towels/ etc. as is the rest of the house. You will be left wanting for nothing.

El Camaleón Mayakoba Golf Course and Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Punta Esmeralda Beach and Playa del Carmen Main Beach. Xplor Theme Park and Xcaret Eco Theme Park are not to be missed.
