This luxurious oceanfront penthouse offers the perfect setting for your vacation in the sun. The evening sunset on your private rooftop terrace will delight your senses with amazing colors. Our Penthouse is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom residence that sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Housekeeping will be provided Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at no extra charge.

Vivo Resorts is situated along an endless beautiful beach just a short drive to Puerto Escondido, which is not an over-commercialized destination, and the area holds the greatest appeal for those seeking an authentic Oaxacan experience. This emerging part of Mexico is untouched by large-scale development and remains a family friendly and safe area set for discovery.
Though the area is not considered overly commercialized, Puerto Escondido has a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and live-music nightlife. But the area is best known for activities such as swimming, stand-up paddle-boarding, sport-fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, mountain biking, sip lining, horseback riding, white-water rafting, and ecological tours.
The Emerald Coast offers the best year-round weather of any beachfront location in North America. With less than half an inch of rain each winter and low humidity levels, travelers are assured of ideal blue-sky days and warm evenings. More than 164 years of data show that the Pacific coastal region around Puerto Escondido is in the lowest hurricane risk area in all of Mexico. Warm coastal currents mean the water in this part of the Pacific stays at a pleasant temperature all year, even getting as high as 86 F/30 C in the winter.
Oaxaca's cuisine is one of the best known internationally from all of Mexico, due to the varied terrain from sea level to mountains, the region has a wide-ranging climate contributing to a surprising and delightful mix of cuisine.
