Villa La Estancia’s rental calendar works on a weekly calendar basis that begins on Saturday. We prefer rentals to begin on a Saturday, but all rentals are considered. During the prime season, there is a 5-night minimum stay (Nov-Feb), but all rental requests may be considered. During March and April (spring break months) there is a 6-night minimum. Christmas and Thanksgiving also have a 6-night minimum.

INFO ON THE VILLAS:

Villa La Estancia is the only privately-owned condominium complex on swimmable Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas, which is also a luxury, full service 5-star resort. Enjoy the oceanfront location of this resort with magnificent ocean views (villa 3409) and of Los Arcos/Land's End from our other villa (1407). This lovely resort property has the best of both worlds combining privacy with the convenience of being walking distance to the endless array of activities/ restaurants on Medano Beach and downtown Cabo San Lucas and the world-class marina.

Both of our 2-bedroom, 3 full bath villas are located on the 4th floor. Our fully owned- primary unit (3409) is in the third phase and our fractional ownership unit (1407) is in the first phase.

Both feature 2200 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. These villas have undergone some remodeling with upscale, quality furniture, paint, etc. In the second bedroom of both units, the tub/shower combination has been remodeled to a walk-in shower. The pictures in our Facebook/VRBO listings are for Villa 3409. Villa 1407 is similarly furnished and has a reverse layout to Villa 3409.

Both have gated entries that separate the main villa from a private 2nd bedroom with a full bath, that sleeps 4 with 2 separate queen-size beds, flat-screen TV, mini fridge. Villa 3409 also has a microwave and coffee service. Both master suites feature a king size bed, chair or sofa, full desk and chair, flat screen TV and console and whirlpool tub in the spacious master bath.

Villa 3409's large living room features a new sofa with extremely comfortable down stuffed seating (not a sofa sleeper/but can sleep two), recliner, side tables and flat screen satellite TV. Enjoy in-villa dining at a verdigris glass and copper-topped table with comfortable wood and leather chairs. Villa 1407 is similarly furnished, with a sofa sleeper (sleeping an additional 2 people).

The newly upgraded kitchens are fully equipped with granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances, side by side refrigerator/freezer with filtered ice and water dispenser, range top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, walk-in pantry, washer-dryer, and breakfast bar with barstools.

Other luxury features in these beautiful villas include: travertine marble floors throughout, carved maple entry doors and kitchen cabinets, stone counter-tops in all bathrooms, 10 foot ceilings in living areas, zoned central air conditioning, ceiling fans in living room, bedrooms, and terraces, large closets and dressing areas, electronic security boxes, two line telephones, and free high speed wired/wireless internet service in the villa and wireless internet throughout the resort property.

One of the best features of both villas is the over-sized, bowed-out balcony which spans the entire villa and has access from all rooms. Relax on your own private terrace with BBQ grill, refrigerator and wet bar while enjoying the beautiful ocean views and the lush, tropical landscaped grounds of Villa La Estancia. Villa 1407 has a view of Land’s End and the boat traffic coming in and out of the marina. Villa 3409 has only an ocean view.

Enjoy the beach and the oceanfront Jacuzzis. Either villa has a great location and has the advantage of being steps away from all the amenities of the resort including the restaurant, fitness/spa facility and pools but affords more privacy with less pool noise.

There is free, underground parking available and onsite security. Located on the beach, this villa is in El Medano Ejidal, a neighborhood in Cabo San Lucas. The Arch and Land's End are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cabo San Lucas Bay and Medano Beach. Santa Maria Beach and Natural History Museum of Cabo San Lucas are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and ecotours nearby.
