This unit has its own large 250 Sq. Ft. Private patio that faces the ocean. In addition, it shares a common area with Hotel Brisas del Mar that contains an enormous deck overlooking the ocean with a swimming pool and Restaurant/Bar.

Within easy walking distance of popular Los Muerto Beach and Blue Chairs Resort. Short walk to popular restaurants and bars such as Garbos and The Palm.

Note: Even though we are only about a block from the beach, the lower entrance to the complex is about 4-5 stories above the beach because the area we are in is hilly. The condo is about 4-5 stories above that lower entrance and two stories below the main upper entrance.

Located by the sea, this condo is in Romantic Zone, a neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta. Cruise Ship Terminal and Nayar Vidanta Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Playa de los Muertos and Bay of Banderas. Los Arcos and Vallarta Zoo are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with motor boating, fishing, and swimming nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with horse riding.
