REGARDING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN: This plan is optional at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $155/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12

ADDITIONAL NOTE: If you are interested in deep discounts for spa or excursions or other resort-based activities, that is available if you are willing to attend a 90-minute “sales presentation” but totally option/not required. But I must submit your name after a reservation confirmation for you to access this optional benefit.

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.

Located in Punta Sam, this resort is on the beach. Playa Mujeres Golf Club and Ultramar Ferry Puerto Juárez are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore North Beach and West Coast of Isla Mujeres, Punta Cancun, and Punta Nizuc National Park. Garrafon Natural Reef Park and Cancun Cultural House are also worth visiting.
