Villa La Estancia is located on Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas. This property offers breathtaking views of Land's End, Infinity pools with waterfalls and grottos, a state-of-the-art spa, on-site restaurants, and 24-hour concierge service.
During your stay, you will receive personal concierge service. Feel free to have our concierge arrange a dinner reservation, an excursion, or even purchase groceries for you. An extra fee applies if you are interested in grocery shopping.
This villa offers stunning views of the Sea of Cortez with a fully furnished eat-in terrace, a wet bar, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, and flat-screen TV's in all rooms. It also has ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow-top mattress, a Jacuzzi tub, his-and-hers sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite is equipped with two queen beds, a mini-fridge, a full entertainment center, and a bathroom with a full-size bathtub. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping space, in addition to another full bathroom in the living room. The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.
