This is a premium, boutique condo of two towers with only 12 owners combined, where children 12 and older are welcome. This unit has the entire 4th floor of 6, so you have the entire floor exclusively. Light and bright and most importantly, 100% privacy allowing you to keep your oversized glass doors and drapes open full time without the worry of an outside audience.
