The Space:

This stylish condo is located in the heart of Roma Norte, one of Mexico City’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Enjoy walkable access to restaurants, bars, cafes, and local nightlife just steps away. With easy public transport nearby, you’ll have quick routes to explore the rest of the city, then return to a modern, comfortable space to relax after a full day out. Ideal for groups, remote workers, and travelers who want a central, walkable stay.

- The living area has comfortable seating facing a wall-mounted Smart TV, creating the ideal place for relaxing downtime.

- Open the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to extend the living space of the condo and access the outdoor sitting area.

- For the remote worker or student, there’s a desk and chair perfect for working on the laptop.

- Well-equipped kitchen to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. There are 2 tall chairs at the kitchen island, so you can relax while doing meal prep.

- For enjoying a sit-down meal, the stylish dining table can accommodate 6 comfortably.

- The property has a water filter installed, making it safe to drink from the small tab in the sink.

Guest Access:

Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

La Roma is a vibrant and trendy neighborhood located in the heart of Mexico City. It’s part of the Cuauhtémoc borough and is known for its bohemian atmosphere, tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. La Roma has a rich history, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was developed as an upscale residential area for the city's elite. Within a short walk, you can also enjoy arts, culture, parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife.
Getting Around:

The property is approximately 10 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).

- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.

- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

- Metrobus: The Metrobus is another viable option.

- Clothes may not be taken outside, hung, or left to dry on the terrace under any circumstance. This includes towels, swimsuits, laundry, or any type of clothing. Reports from neighbors regarding this violation will result in an automatic fine of 150 USD for each occurrence.

- Please note that security cameras are installed outside the property.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

-Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.

- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.

- A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.

- Guests must climb stairs.

- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.

- The parking space can only accommodate a regular size car. (maximum: 1.80m wide x 4.22m long and 1.57m high)
