Palmar is a secure building with plenty of parking. Scooter rental and 24 hour convenience store are right outside the gate. It is conveniently located on the oceanfront road near restaurants like Tikila, Paprika, Ernesto's Fajitas and Sunset Bar.

Cozumel is home to this condo. Ferry to Cozumel and Xplor Theme Park are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Chankanaab National Park and Chankanaab Beach Adventure Park. Mr. Sancho's Beach Club and Playa Mia Grand Beach and Water Park are not to be missed.
