A two-bedroom, two-bath condo on the corridor between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas with a stunning beach view.
This condo is 3rd floor, penthouse level, with a common elevator to the walkway and front door. The main level includes laundry room, kitchen, living, full bath and bedroom with two queen beds.The balcony extends from the bedroom to the living room, walk-outs from both, with lounge seating, table and chairs, and a grill. Up the spiral staircase is the master bedroom, bath and a private patio with a large sitting area. It is the best place to watch fireworks that occur almost nightly from surrounding properties. There is a pool for the condo directly in front of the building. The beach is a mere 100 yards away, with a fire pit available in the evenings.
If ordering food and/or drinks, the hotel pool is also available, as is the restaurant and small gym.

June - October is construction season at Casa Del Mar.
Located in San José del Cabo, this condo is near the beach. The Arch and Land's End are notable landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cabo del Sol Golf and Puerto Los Cabos. Santa Maria Beach and Cuadra San Francisco are also worth visiting.
