The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, electric range, microwave, coffee maker, complemented with all necessary china, silverware, and cooking utensils that every kitchen needs.
A dining room for 4 people, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a nice dinner. In the kitchen there is also a washer/dryer that goes perfectly with the minimalist decoration.

In the living room the large sofa and 2 ottomans will comfortably seat you to enjoy the 50” smart TV with standard cable and TV/movie apps.
