5 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with small 1/2 bath in double garage converted to bonus room or future game room. Glass/Screen Enclosed Sunroom with AC/Heat. Master bedroom with private bath upstairs with King Bed. and it's own mini split AC/Heater. Four bedrooms downstairs Downstairs Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has King Bed, Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Queen Beds, Bedroom 4 has futon double bed with a desk for office use and it's own entrance to backyard. Sunroom has a sofa and chairs. Two of the bedrooms will have TV's in them along with Living Room. House sleeps 10 people but the base rate is for 6 guests. Additional charge for each guest over the initial 6 guests. Garage sustained damage in Hurricane Ida and will not be accessible to guests until repairs are made. Being converted to a play/game room. French doors now instead of garage doors. New Pics once it is finished. Video surveillance cameras may be installed on exterior of house and may be used to monitor the number of guests. If number exceeds registered number of guests, you may be asked to leave premises with no refund and will lose your deposit. Large Kitchen completely furnished with all stainless steel appliances included a double wide refrigerator/freezer, gas five-burner stove/oven, drawer microwave, granite countertops with very large kitchen with 10' by 4' granite island countertop, barn door/pantry, terrazzo and vinyl floors. Tile in Sunroom Backyard has concrete and grass for entertaining. Covered driveway for one car, but can fit 2-3 more vehicles behind it. Pets to be considered on a case-by-case basis for a fee. My house is not to be used for private parties or special events outside of the registered occupants of the house at the time of rental.
After February 21, 2019, only rentals of 30 consecutive days/nights or longer will be accepted to follow new parish laws and ordinances .
