The Pine 43 subdivision is perfect for enjoying all that Meridian has to offer and then some. This brand new collection of homes contains a variety of activities that are sure to delight. Family friendly fun includes seasonal outdoor pool, pickleball, basketball, and tennis courts. Within a short drive is shopping, entertainment, and the freeway.
This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home has a fully fenced yard and is pet friendly! The main floor includes a cozy living room with a wall-mounted 75” television and a gas fireplace, open concept kitchen/dining area, a half bathroom, and mudroom. Stepping out the back door, find a covered patio with furniture and a grill.
Upstairs, a built-in pocket desk is tucked into the corner away from the traffic of the stairs. The primary bedroom has a 65” wall-mounted TV across from the comfy king-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom dazzles with a glass and tile step-in shower and rustic vanity with two sinks. The secondary bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds are truly an oasis of relaxation. They share an inviting bathroom with a tub/shower combo and wooden vanity that brings a touch of warmth to the black and white color palette. The laundry room is conveniently located upstairs with a full sized washer and dryer, sink, and storage.

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement and HOA Assumption Of Risk & Release Of Liability means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70 for 1 pet and $140 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine. Minimum 30 day stays.
Meridian is home to this vacation home. The Village at Meridian and Boise Towne Square Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Roaring Springs Waterpark. Dart Warz and Fast Lane Indoor Kart Racing are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with snowboarding and skiing, and don't miss out on the ice skating and sledding.
