This beautifully renovated antique 1840 Meredith Farmhouse combines timeless charm with modern comforts. Nestled on over 3 acres in the lakes and mountains, it features a snowmobiling trail in the backyard, easy access to hiking, skiing & lakes, and is less than 10 minutes from Mill Falls in downtown Meredith. The farmhouse with 4-bedroom, 3-bath farmhouse is thoughtfully designed with care and furnished with high-quality pieces from Pottery Barn, West Elm, and vintage finds. To enhance your luxury retreat experience, we provide premium white linens, plush bath towels, and a fully stocked chef’s kitchen. Personal care products, including hair and body care, are from Public Goods—natural, eco-friendly, and sustainable.
For your entertainment, the home features three Samsung Frame TVs with Roku, a game room with an arcade machine, a multi-game table, and a variety of board games. There’s also a record player with over 80 vintage records original to the house. The first floor includes a cozy living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, one bathroom, and a master suite with a king bed, reading nook, desk, and an en-suite bath with a shower and soaking tub. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with two twin beds—and a full bathroom. The original white pine plank flooring adds character and charm, creaking softly underfoot.
Step outside to enjoy the fire pit, relax in the barrel sauna, or lounge by the in-ground salt water pool (reopening in May). This home blends modern comfort with timeless charm, offering the perfect escape in a serene setting.
The house boasts a prime central location, just 10 minutes from I-93, offering easy access to a variety of attractions. You’ll find restaurants, hiking trails, national parks, and lakes all within close reach. For winter enthusiasts, Gunstock Ski Resort is only a 20-minute drive away, and a snowmobile trail conveniently runs right through the backyard, perfect for outdoor adventures.
For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior cameras that actively record audio and video 24/7. We have access to these cameras at all times.
Guests have access to a total of five parking spots in the driveway.
Please note that the barn/ garage, and small cottage on the property are NOT available for guest use.
The pool is not heated but features a solar cover to help retain and maintain water temperature. It is a single-depth pool of 5.5 feet so it is NOT suitable for children. The pool is OPEN from May through October.
