Although this home is right in the center of the city, perfectly located in between midtown and downtown, you won’t want to leave! The home’s star-of-the-show is its large in-ground pool. Long enough for laps in the morning, and wide enough for entertaining family and friends. Here, you will want to gather for fun in the Tennessee sun and water!
Inside the home, you will be amazed at the historic homes tall ceiling and largw windows. Each room is large and spacious with comfortables beds and practical work spaces for remote workers. Annesdale Manor has many areas for gatherings, including the larger living room spaces on the 1st floor, the kitchen with giant windows overlooking the pool, and the 3rd floor media room. The home is equipped with large tvs (2 65 inch tvs, 55inch tv) and laundry room.
