This centrally located property is a lovingly maintained mid-20th century family home known as ‘storybook’ style. Located in a peaceful east Memphis pedestrian and dog-friendly neighborhood. It is an easy walking distance to many excellent eateries, shops, bars and university points of interest.

Neighbors are parks, a church around the corner that plays an hourly day time carillon, a meditation garden, restaurants, shopping, salons and amenities you would expect within a half mile of a university.

The full-sized lot provides outside seating on the front porch and a shaded private back yard.

This furnished two-bedroom house has a washer and dryer, central heating/air conditioning, a smart television, wi-fi and a security system. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, and is equipped with ceiling fan, black-out curtains and a sound machine.
