With 6 comfy bedrooms, 2 spacious living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, arcade, and a backyard pool to enjoy gorgeous Floridian sunsets, this home blends space and style. Just 0.3 miles from the beach and near top attractions like NASA, you can even catch rocket launches from the house. Your perfect vacation escape awaits—we’d love to host your stay!

- Check-in is at 4PM / Check-out is at 10AM.
- A barbecue grill is NOT provided.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- The entrance to the complex is gated.
★ POOL INFO ★
- The pool heat is NOT included in your stay.
- Pool heat fee: $35/night + taxes.
- Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-• day advance notice.
- Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated.
- Pool size: 11’ x 22’.
You must ensure your children’s safety, including supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

There is a maximum of 4 cars parked on the property. Street parking is not permitted in the community.
