This single rental property features two fully self-contained levels, offering the privacy of separate entrances along with the convenience of interior access through the foyer and exterior access via a wraparound deck. Each level includes its own living area, kitchen, dining space, and three bedrooms. With additional pullout sofas, the home comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests.
Upper Level – 2,700 Sq. Ft.
The upper level showcases an expansive open floor plan designed to maximize its spectacular 180-degree panoramic ocean views spanning the entire east side of the home. Seven patio doors provide uninterrupted views and open onto an impressive 60 ft. x 10 ft. oceanfront deck.

The split-bedroom layout enhances privacy:
A luxurious king-size primary suite with a custom marble shower and tub, dual vanities, spacious walk-in closets, and an adjacent washer and dryer.
A queen guest suite with a private full bath.
An additional queen bedroom and a full hall bath.
Lower Level – 2,100 Sq. Ft.
The lower level offers its own living, kitchen, and dining areas, all opening through nine patio doors to a private 60-foot deck that connects directly to the beach deck.
This level includes:
A spacious primary suite with separate his-and-her closets.
Two additional large bedrooms (one with ocean views).
A crib for families traveling with young children.
A Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Large closets and a separate washer and dryer.
