A brand new gated/ luxury development in Melbourne Beach, Florida, offering river-facing and ocean-facing vacation villas and condos. From the time you cross the gates of Harbor Island, you will be welcomed by the tropical landscapes and soft ocean breezes, with wonderful waterfront views in this luxurious riverfront to ocean community. All club guests will enjoy private beach access and riverfront privileges, including a resort-style swimming pool, shaded community cabanas, restroom and shower facilities, and a private marina. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted. Signs are posted throughout the community as a reminder. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or in the designated overflow parking area behind the house. Vehicles parked on the street may be towed at the owner's expense. Please also do not park on any sidewalk. Blocking sidewalks is prohibited by Florida law and may result in enforcement action. We appreciate your cooperation in following these parking rules to help ensure everyone's safety and avoid unnecessary towing or fines.
