The Fern House is located in a desirable neighborhood but is on a private and gated lot in Mckinleyville. The home is a short drive to the beach and redwoods and close to restaurants and stores. The home has 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a large driveway, back patio with BBQ, loungers and fire table. The yard has plenty of space for kids to play, apple trees, and gardens for our guests to enjoy.
Located in McKinleyville, this vacation home is by the sea. Azalea State Natural Reserve and Sue-meg State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Humboldt State University Natural History Museum and Los Bagels. Mad River Hatchery and Humboldt Bay Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
