Four bedrooms providing three King beds, two Queen beds, one Full size bed, one Twin, and one Full size Futon (see room details for more info). 1 Particular Pine also offers a bonus/game room with foosball table and futon for extra sleeping space, various bikes to ride, and an extra-large cooler in the garage to use while on the property.

Perfect location in the heart of McCall for skiers and snowmobilers, bikers and hikers. Easy access to the skate park, downtown restaurants and bars, ice rink, Payette Lake, ski resorts, snow mobiling, mountain biking, hiking trails, hunting, and the activity barn!

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
