Guests can enjoy an evening out on the deck or sitting around the firepit at this lovely home. In the winter, the wood stove provides plenty of heat that everyone can enjoy. Guests of this home will also have access to a shared seasonal pool, hot tub, gym, and more via the Spring Mountain Ranch HOA.
Mile High Marina (on Payette Lake) is a mile and a half west, where guests can dine, shop, swim, and rent toys for a day on the water. Ponderosa State Park is two miles northwest for guests seeking hiking, mountain biking, and wildlife viewing in the summer. In the winter, guests can snowshoe or nordic ski. Bear Basin is just over six miles northwest for more summer and winter fun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

McCall Golf Club and Mile High Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit McPaws Thrift Store and Manchester Ice & Event Center. Mountain Monet and Activity Barn are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
