Located just outside of downtown McCall, you will be able to enjoy the quiet and splendor of Idaho outdoors right from your doorstep, while the restaurants, shops, and lakeshore area of town are just minutes away. With two ski areas, beautiful rivers, lakes, forests, and numerous trails for hiking, mountain biking, or snowmobiling all just a brief drive away – the Black Moose Lodge is a perfect vacation getaway or refuge for outdoor recreation enthusiasts during all seasons of the year.

The Black Moose Lodge is a pleasant 1 story home, with an open, light, and spacious split floor plan. The large, open kitchen is the beating heart of the house, making it easy for multiple people to cook and entertain. With two living rooms on either side of the kitchen, guests can either watch TV or retreat with a book or a game by the wood stove. The three bedrooms are split by the living spaces in between. The back patio and fenced backyard with a large lawn is ideal for spending time outside or enjoying a BBQ dinner, making it an ideal home for family or friend gatherings. The circular driveway around the house makes it easy for vehicles with rafts or trailers to drive in, park, and drive out, however, during winter months, the driveway is not plowed through. There is still room for trailers, but the driveway will not be available to pull through during snow season and guests will need to back in or out of driveway.

The three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twins), provide beds for up to 6 guests. With the additional sofa-bed in the second living room, the house can sleep up to 8 comfortably. In addition to the walk-in shower, the master bathroom features a large, jetted tub.

Things to note:

No AC at this home. NO garage access.

Guests may park in front of the garage during the winter, but there is No parking in front of garage during other seasons. Please note: During spring and summer, homeowner may occasionally access the garage and its paved driveway.

All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check out is at 10 AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
