This condo sits about 500 feet from Brown Park on the lakeshore, an enviable location mere blocks from the town's most beloved attractions. Within a half-mile stroll you'll find Mile High Marina, the swimming area and boat ramp at Legacy Park, the greens and fairways of the McCall Golf Club, and the bustling center of town. Ride your bikes (or cross-country ski) to Ponderosa State Park a mile north, or hop in the car for a memorable day at Brundage Mountain (10 miles north).
No matter how you choose to spend your days, you'll want to cap each one outside on the private balcony. It's a lovely, cozy space to sit back with a glass of wine, a cup of coffee, and a beautiful sunset view of the lake.
The condo's interior brings an elegant sense of style to the most classic of Idaho settings. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
