Please note that it is approximately 15 minutes from the nearest convenience store/dollar store and about 25 minutes from restaurants. We recommend planning ahead and bringing groceries or supplies with you so you can fully enjoy your stay without extra trips.

Lake access is just a short walk from the home. To reach the lake area, you’ll need to cross a gravel neighborhood road. Please exercise caution and be mindful of children near the road and lake for their safety. The pathway to the lake is slightly steep and rocky, especially near the shoreline. Please use caution when walking down to the water and wear appropriate footwear.

Please note that you are visiting a lake and wooded area, surrounded by water and trees. While our homes receive routine professional pest control, you may still see some exterior insects or spiders during your stay — this is a natural part of the lake environment.

***THERE IS A $120 PET FEE. PETS MUST BE INCLUDED IN RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING (excludes service animals)

***Check out is at 10 AM. Any guests in house after 10:15 am without prior approval will be charged $75/hour for every hour they remain in the house past the checkout time.

1- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am (No parties/events).
2- To protect the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors, and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all pet waste. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
3- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
4- Please avoid neighboring properties and stay within our yard.
5- This house a shared driveway, please be courteous to the house next door and do not block the driveway.
6- All docks in the neighborhood are PRIVATE.
7-Do not add charcoal to the pellet grill. Only use the provided pellets. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $200 fee. Please contact the host for any assistance to operate the grill
