With the community waterfront right across the street, activities like swimming, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing are at your fingertips. There’s also a sandbox for the kids as well as a lakefront deck where you can enjoy those beautiful sunset views. If you are planning a July 4th visit, this is one of the best views of the fireworks too.
Inside the roomy main level, vaulted ceilings, wood accents, and natural light create a welcoming space to unwind. Comfy furnishings give everyone a spot to grab a seat and watch TV. You will love the wood burning fireplace on those crisp mountain nights too.
The open concept makes it easy to join in the conversation while you are cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. It has all the essentials to make your family’s favorite meals. Share dinner together at the dining table that seats ten or step outside onto the deck to eat while watching boats cruise by.
Upstairs, the loft adds to your living space. Outfitted with bunk beds and board games, it is a great hang-out spot for the kids.
The lower level is where you will find the sleeping quarters. You are sure to get a good night’s sleep in the primary suite that has a private bath with a lovely tile shower. It also has sliding doors that open to the patio. This is a great spot to start your day with a good cup of coffee. There are two more bedrooms as well as a full bath on this floor.
No matter what the weather, the Sunplace indoor community pool will provide hours of entertainment. Your crew will love having it within a short walk.
Sunset Chalet’s location is within less than half a mile from great dining options, an arcade, mini golf, shops, ziplines, and marinas. Wisp Resort is just a five minute drive, and they have year-round recreation for all ages. Skiing, golf, snow tubing, a mountain coaster, and disc golf are just a few of options.
