• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Wipe out the refrigeration. if you use the hot tub, please ensure its locked and the key is put back.
• Set the heat to 65 degrees. turn off ac units. fully close or pull the door close for the deadbolt to catch.
• All garbage to the bins at the top of the driveway on the right hand side. the garbage has to go in the bins. if the bins are full, please keep the garbage in the unit due to bear migration.
