142m2 duplex for 6 people On the ground floor of the duplex, a laundry area (open on the outside but covered) with a sink, can extend the laundry for drying. The kitchen overlooks the living / dining room which opens onto a veranda and a private garden. On the ground floor is also a bedroom and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite with bath. The 2 bedrooms feature open onto a terrace.
Cap Malheureux is home to this villa. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Pereybere Beach and Grand Bay Beach. Chateau de Labourdonnais and Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Garden are also worth visiting.
