The apartment has 80 square meters and 2 elegant and quiet bedrooms as well as a private terrace or private balcony.
The kitchen with granite cover is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, water cooker and microwave as well as crockery and cutlery.
The equipment of the living room offers all the necessary comfort: TV, DVD player, music system and CD player.
They also have their own washing machine in the bathroom and the laundry can be dried on the sunny balcony.
