The Space:
Located ½ hour north of Cincinnati, you’ll enjoy the quiet life of suburban living with urban attractions right at your fingertips when you’re ready to go out exploring. You can spend hours relaxing in the private, fenced-in back yard with an elevated deck featuring a seasonal pool and hot tub, along with a shaded pergola with ample outdoor furniture to be enjoyed regardless of season. In the warmer months, it’ll be the go-to spot for swimming, splashing, and soaking all your cares away. When the weather turns cooler, the firepit will keep you warm and toasty as you share snacks and stories under the stars. Away from the home, popular King’s Island is just 5 minutes away, a thrilling amusement park with coasters, rides, and water-themed attractions. Grocery, shopping, and dining are a short drive away in any direction, giving you plenty of excuses to not need to cook. If a trip to the big city is on the menu, make sure you set aside time to take in all the history and attractions such as the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, Eden Park, and the Cincinnati Art Museum.
When it’s time to rest and recharge, settle into the home’s elegant living room offering plush sofa seating and smart TV for bingeing all your favorites shows, and a hanging basket chair offering the perfect place to catch up on a good book. As you head toward the kitchen, you’ll pass through the chic dining room with antler chandelier and sophisticated table and chairs set with room for 6 whether dining together or hosting a fun-filled family game night. You’ll also have access out to the back deck from here should you choose to take your fresh cup of morning coffee outdoors to enjoy the fresh country air. The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances and cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home.
This home sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms and a full sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 full beds.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Guests are to park only in the driveway; street parking is not permitted.
- This home is equipped with an exterior Ring security system, monitoring the front and back of the property.
- Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- The hot tub is available year-round.
- Firewood not provided.
