The spacious living room has ample setting for taking in the view of Nantucket Sound. Double sliding doors open to a deck with a dining table and chairs along with a lounge and side table. If it is cool when you visit, enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room.
The eat-in kitchen with the sub-zero refrigerator has all the cooking tools you’ll need.
The dining room has setting for 8 and lovely view of the water.
There are 3 additional bedrooms, a family room and 21/2 additional new bathrooms.

Located in New Seabury, a neighborhood in Mashpee, this vacation home is next to a golf course and near the beach. Oak Bluffs Harbor and Woods Hole Ferry Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cape Cod Beaches and Inkwell Beach. Cape Codder Water Park and Cape Cod Children's Museum are also worth visiting. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking nearby.
