The home has been recently remodeled and thoughtfully refreshed throughout, featuring refined updates and brand new furnishings—from stylish furniture and comfortable beds to plush new mattresses designed for a truly restful stay.

Set at the entrance to New Seabury, one of Cape Cod’s most coveted resort communities, the property offers both convenience and coastal charm. You’re just minutes from pristine beaches and ideally situated for a day trip by boat to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. Popponesset Spit Beach, South Cape Beach & State Park, and Mashpee Town Beach are all within approximately 1–3 miles.

The house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood, right across the street from Ann’s Cove (part of Ockway Bay). We provide five bikes for guests to use—perfect for a peaceful morning ride or a sunset spin while taking in the views of Ockway Bay and the scenic streets of Summersea Village. Popponesset Marketplace (inside the resort) is just over a mile away and is a favorite family hangout. You’ll find restaurants, a pizzeria, a patisserie, an ice cream parlor, bike rentals, gift shops, miniature golf, and live entertainment during the summer months. If shopping is on the agenda, Mashpee Commons is about 3 miles away with upscale stores, restaurants, gift shops, a cinema, and grocery stores.

Bright and spacious, the open concept layout flows effortlessly from the dining area into the living room, featuring cathedral ceilings, skylights, rich hardwood floors, and a striking two story fireplace. Multiple sliding doors open to a generous deck and patio, creating an easy indoor outdoor vibe—perfect for unwinding together or enjoying a laid back BBQ after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual mornings to classic Cape Cod dinners, with a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, over the range microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, lobster pots, and a complete set of dishes and dinnerware to make entertaining effortless.

1st Floor
- the master bedroom with 1 king bed is on the first floor and includes an ensuite
bath, with soaking tub and separate shower. The master bedroom also has slider
door that opens to the deck.
- In addition to an open family room with fireplace, we also have a large den on the 1st floor with 50” Smart LED TV.

2nd Floor
- there are two more bedrooms and a full bath with tub on the second floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin beds. A great set up for family with young children.

playroom has a 50” Smart TV, pool and foosball tables, PacMan video game console and many card games.
