The house is a located in the New Seabury community in Mashpee. It is a 5 minute walk to the popular Poponesset Spit beach and 2 miles from the Poppy Market and the New Seabury Club.

The entrance is located on the ground floor where you will find the full bathroom and 3 main bedrooms with queen beds each. Upstairs will lead you to an open floor plan that has the living room, kitchen and dining room. 4 Large sliding doors let all the light in and open it up to the deck.
Mashpee is home to this vacation home. Hyannis Harbor and Woods Hole Ferry Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Inkwell Beach.
