Who wouldn't want to spend a few weeks in Maushop Village? A tiny version of Nantucket with its' own beautiful beach that is meticulously maintained for its' residents. Like all Maushop condos, the ocean (Vineyard Sound) is located just around the corner so no need to pack a lunch; you can walk home within minutes. This is a bright and sunny unit that has been beautifully maintained. Updated kitchen cabinets, appliances and granite counter in 2008 with lovely beadboard and recessed lighting throughout the first floor for added character. Perfect for your family vacation. This unit has a lovely front brick patio to greet you and a private back patio for late afternoon / evening dining. Although you'll never want to leave this sweet retreat, you're a short stroll from Popponesset Marketplace (known for it's yummy lobster rolls), the Popponesset Inn and of course the great restaurants located in Mashpee Commons. Come Visit!

Located in Mashpee, this vacation home is near the beach. Woods Hole Ferry Terminal and Hyannis Harbor are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Inkwell Beach. Cape Cod Children's Museum and Mashpee River Reservation are also worth visiting. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
