There you will find a full kitchen and open floor plan first floor with a half bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with compact laundry. The upstairs bedrooms have balconies to enjoy the ocean breeze. The first floor has a patio and grill to enjoy outdoor living. Say goodbye to packing up for the whole day if you don’t want to - it’s easy to come back for lunch, a nap or just a break from the sun and sand.

If you need ice cream, coffee, provisions or a beach rental, the Popponesset marketplace is a short walk down a wooded path. You will also find live music here on many afternoons. Don’t forget to enjoy the restaurant and bar here as well. The Popponessett Inn and New Seabury country club offer other dining options on the property. A short five minute drive away gives you all of the options of Mashpee Commons. Of course, this makes a great homebase to explore the rest of the Cape. Best of all, you can be here just 35 minutes past the Bourne Bridge and not spend your vacation in traffic.

Located in Mashpee, this vacation home is on a private beach. Woods Hole Ferry Terminal and Hyannis Harbor are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Inkwell Beach. Cape Cod Children's Museum and Mashpee River Reservation are also worth visiting.
