This 1200 square foot colonial style condo unit contains two bedrooms downstairs and a loft above the family room. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, two full baths (all linens provided) and large comfortable family room. The unit also features a wood burning fireplace and a patio area with BBQ. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed while the other bedroom and loft each feature two twin beds.

Southcape Resort features an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, gym, clubhouse and a great playground for the children, all set amongst the pines. Minutes from Woods Hole, Hyannis, several beaches and Mashpee Commons.

Located in Mashpee, this condo is by the sea. Woods Hole Ferry Terminal and Hyannis Harbor are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Inkwell Beach. Cape Cod Children's Museum and Stand Up & Paddle Cape Cod are also worth visiting.
