Watch the sun rise over the ocean as you sip your morning coffee on the private patio surrounded by seashells and white picket fences. Walk to breath-taking beach, Poppy Marketplace for drinks, dinner, or shopping. Grab pizza and mini-golf or dine at Poppy Inn or Country Club. Short drive to luxury shops, movies and restaurants at Mashpee Commons and easy day trip to Martha's Vineyard.

Easy to get to from Boston, Providence or New York, located on upper Cape Cod on Nantucket Sound. The best of each season from a charming village of Nantucket-style townhomes and cottages. Heavenly summers by the sea, fall foliage and antique-and-pub-crawling destination, winter get-away so close to main highways but seems like a universe away when walking the beach first thing with your morning coffee, or sipping wine watching the sunset.
