On the ground floor it consists of a fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a living room which gives access to a terrace of around 50 m², a bedroom with adjoining Italian shower room and a separate wc;
On the upper level two bedrooms with views of the sea, the Rocher du Diamant, the Morne Larcher and the Mémorial du Cap 110.
Behind, a swimming pool of 2.50 m by 4.50 m completely protected and not overlooked will allow you to relax in peace.
