Serenity Cottage is nestled on the edge of the beautiful Alhambra Valley Hills of Historic Martinez, conveniently located near bus, BART, hwy, stores, only 30-45 min from San Francisco,(dep. traffic) About an hour drive from many other wonderful Bay Area excursions and day trips! Napa, Six Flags, Stinson Beach, Muir Redwoods, as well as just up the road from local parks, shopping, restaurants, John Muir House, hikes & quaint downtown Marina. We’ve listed our favorite shops & restaurants in our guestbook.

Favorite Activity: Paint a rock and leave it, along with inspiring advice, encouragement, intention, wisdom or any burden you are ready to shed, on Inspiration Trail!

Martinez is home to this cottage. Concord Pavilion and Greek Theater are cultural highlights of the area. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord and Lindsay Wildlife Museum are also worth visiting.
