ABOUT THE HOUSE

Spend quality time together in the open plan living room of your relaxing getaway. Curl up on the sectional by the gas fireplace and play board games or watch a new movie on the 55” TV.

Home chefs will appreciate the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with high-end GE appliances -- including a gas range, French-door refrigerator, and dishwasher. Brew a cup of coffee in the Keurig and perch at the breakfast bar for six.

Head up to the rooftop deck to soak up the sun. Take in views of the water and seaside marshes.

Retreat to your master suite for a restful evening. Stretch out on the king bed and watch the 49” TV, or kick back in the window seat. A private balcony offers water views. Two large walk-in closets provide ample storage, and the en-suite bath features a walk-in shower with a rain shower head.

The tranquil second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, 26” TV, and an en-suite full bath. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and a luxurious en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.

An outdoor shower is handy after fun-filled beach days. Gather around the firepit when the stars come out.

Your rental includes two beach passes: the Landlord Beach Pass offers access to all Barnstable public/resident-only beaches, while the Little Beach Pass provides access to the private neighborhood beach.

THE LOCATION

Located in a quiet Hyannisport neighborhood, you’ll enjoy being within walking distance of Little Beach. Kids and adults alike can boat, float, and catch a peek of the local wildlife from the Cape Cod jetty.

Gather your beach gear and head to Craigville Beach to catch waves in the mighty Atlantic (1.5 miles). Try your hand at windsurfing at popular Kalmus Beach, just a 3-mile drive.

Hop on the ferry at the Hyannis Terminal (3 miles) for a day trip to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
