Perched at high elevation to enjoy cool summers. Well maintained townhome in great location and easy access walking distance to Wolf Laurel Country Club, pro shop and fitness center. Nice kitchen that offers granite counters, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, laundry room with W/D, 2 master suites with one queen bed-full bath w/tub and one with twin beds- flat screen TV & DVD/VHS player-bath w/over-sized shower. Great Room with vaullted ceilings , flat screen TV/ ROKU for streaming (no cable), stone wood-burning fireplace. Both bedrooms and great room have ceiling fans, attic fan for those handful of days in summer you might need some cool air flowing. Very nicely furnished, sheets and linens are provided. Pets are allowed with a pet fee. Property offers golf membership and Village Club membership.

BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO CONTACT WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY TO REQUEST A FORM WHICH WILL BE COMPLETED BY THIS OFFICE AND FORWARDED TO THE CLUB. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 PAID DIRECTLY TO THE CLUB FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GREEN AND CART FEES NOT INCLUDED.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 1 trash bag, dish detergent for dishwasher, 1 complimentary laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bath starter hand soap. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
