Cozy house with all the amenities. Enjoy this private house with two bedrooms upstairs, full bathroom, full kitchen, living and dining room area, large front porch, as well as plentiful yard space & ample parking! Located right off the highway so access to and from is great, and still centrally located where you can walk to downtown restaurants and Lake Superior beaches!

Close to trailheads for mountain biking, skiing, running, hiking and snowmobiling, as well as downhill skiing.
The space
This 100 year-old Marquette home has been very well cared for and offers so much charm. There are windows in every room, allowing in plentiful morning light and cool breezes. It is a relaxing and reliable “home away from home” experience and provides all the kitchen items, bathroom needs, and comfort you need. Kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, are located downstairs. The two bedrooms are located upstairs in a loft design, which provides quiet privacy from the rest of the house.

The entire home is yours to utilize, a morning cup of coffee on the front porch is the best!
Other things to note
There are a few stairs into the house and the bedrooms are located up some stairs as well. The bedrooms are a loft design, meaning in the first bedroom, you must walk through it to get to the second bedroom.

Located in Marquette, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. Upper Peninsula Children's Museum and Marquette Mountain are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Superior and Little Presque Isle Recreation Area. Marquette Maritime Museum and Marquette Harbor Light are also worth visiting. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking and cycling.
