You can enjoy nature by visiting local attractions like Effigy Mounds, Pike’s Peak, or walk next door for a guided nature boat tour with Maiden Voyage Tours. Launch your own boat next door at the public boat landing to explore Pool 10. No boat, no problem. Please note train tracks run along the river and you will see and hear train activity so please plan accordingly. To be clear you will see and hear boats and barges from the front of the home and trains from the back.
