Whether you are taking a family trip, working nearby, or a romantic getaway, you will have so much at your fingertips and feel right at home. In your backyard you will find short drives to Santa Monica (Santa Monica pier, third street promenade, plus lots of great dining and shopping) Malibu, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Downtown LA, and LAX airport. This central location is a great place to stay for your entire time or venture out throughout the LA area for work, visiting friends, shopping, dining at one-of-a-kind restaurants, and so much more.
Located in the sought-after location of Marina Del Rey, CA and Venice Beach within walking distance, you will find our luxurious and upscale high-rise condos in a fantastic community with someone. The amenities in the building include three heated pools, a salon, daytime café and evening restaurant, full bar, laundry facilities, Postal Service, convenience store, room service, and for an extra charge: private tennis club, racquetball courts, very large gym with free weights machines, aerobics, steam rooms, saunas, massages, and Jacuzzis. If available, the owner would be happy to take you for a tour on his boat that is parked down at the marina.
The condo is fully remodeled with gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the entire house. Two spa-like bathrooms; one has walk in shower with waterfall and sprayer features, bidet, and the other has a gorgeous marble tub/shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows span the entire living room hallway, and master bedroom providing you spectacular views from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep (remote controlled black out roller shades will ensure you have a restful night's sleep). You may choose to lounge on the outdoor furniture in the very large balcony/patio overlooking the marina. Gorgeous imported Italian granite countertops, modern custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances create a welcoming upscale kitchen open for you to entertain, make your favorite meals, or just reheat some leftovers. You will find all of the best kitchen appliances and gadgets and everything you could need during your stay. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, provide a comfy and cozy night's rest with comfortable king- (master bedroom) and queen Murphy bed (guest room) and luxurious linens and a very large master closet. The second bedroom also serves as a two person home office with high speed wifi. You'll find flat screen television for you to enjoy the use of during your stay.
Located in Marina del Rey, this condo is near theme parks and on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Venice Beach and Santa Monica Beach, while Kia Forum and Los Angeles County Museum of Art are cultural highlights. Check out an event or a game at SoFi Stadium, and consider making time for La Brea Tar Pits, a top attraction not to be missed. Enjoy the area's slopes with snowboarding and skiing, and don't miss out on the ice skating.
