Ideal for couples and small families requiring room and tranquility. It's spacious in and out, airy with lots of windows and light. While it's out of the fray of downtown, it's a short walk, bike ride or drive to all that Marfa has to offer. Gorgeous landscape in all directions.

MAIN BEDROOM:
Modern primary bedroom suite with Queen size bed and closet space for hanging clothes. Private bath with soaking tub and shower. Private entry/exit to back patio views to the South.

SECOND BEDROOM:
Second bedroom with two twin beds, side table, dresser and shelving with books and toys for small kiddos.

MAIN BATH:
Sunken cement tub and shower for ultimate relaxation. Vanity with mirror and toilet.

KITCHEN/DINING:
Light filled kitchen with fully equipped appliances and expansive dining area seating for six or more. Large fridge and freezer, stove for baking and four burners. Ample cabinet space and fully stocked dishes and cooking utensils. Interior/exterior sliding glass entry to back patio with incredible sunset views.

LIVING:
Enter in to the expansive original cabin like living space. Rustic wood vibes abound. Lounge on the spacious sectional sofa or one of the many accent chairs or futon. Desk space for working remotely. Ample books and reading materials and guest full bath near by.

GUEST 2ND FULL BATH:
Original shower with vanity and toilet. Rustic wood vibes and plenty of counter space for getting ready.

BACK COVERED PORCH:
Lots of outdoor covered and porch with rustic dining table. String bulbs and heated outdoor shower near by. Lounge chairs for sunset toasting with friends.

ART:
The home is owned by two artists whose artworks are on display. Please contact us for purchase.

SOUNDS:
There is a central sound system with speakers in the dining and living areas, as well as outdoors. Additional computer speakers in living room.

WIFI:
High speed wi-fi great for working remotely.

HEATING/COOLING:
Mini-split units in each bedroom which can be controlled by remote. Mini-splits provide hot or cool air. Swamp cooler above kitchen area and ceiling fans throughout. Two portable electric heaters and one propane wall heater near kitchen which can be lit with matched flame.

CHECKIN/OUT:
Checkins start at 4PM and checkout is 10AM. For early checkins or late checkouts talk to your host to make a request.

PETS:
We allow a max of three pets that are added to reservation. You can add your pets when booking by going to "Total Guests" then "Add Pets" which will add a pet cleaning fee. Please be respectful and clean up after your pet. Please do not allow pets to roam in the yard without supervision. We have neighbors with vulnerable farm animals near by. Thanks for your cooperation!

This is a private oasis. There is no shared space at this property. Guests have full access to house and yard.

Other things to note:
The building to the East of property (about 20 yards away) is our Artist Studio that we do rent out as well. The building features an Artist storage between the two properties.

Marfa is home to this vacation home. Marfa and Presidio County Museum and Ballroom Marfa are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Wassermann Wranch and Chihuahuan Desert Nature Center and Botanical Garden.
