Cleaning has always been our #1 priority, We hired the Island's foremost cleaning company when we started renting. We opted for their top service. All surfaces are cleaned with CDC approved disinfectants between each guest. Notice that all the linens & towels are white, we have 2 complete sets so that they can be sent out and professionally sanitized between each guest. Please read the positive reviews we've received from guests, many commenting on cleanliness.
This is our 9th season renting - 2 Bedroom, 2 bath Condo - Partial Gulf View - Short Walk To everything. Enjoy the morning and evening views of the palms & inviting gulf waters from the screened Lanai that flows into a bright spacious living/dining room with a well stocked kitchen and open floor plan with the convenience of in-unit laundry. Many updates & personal touches. New paint, hotel quality linens, pillows, & mattresses. The 2 bedrooms sleep 5 (one Queen and the other full & single) master bedroom has a television, large closets and separate baths. The Grandview Club includes, pool, whirlpool, tennis/pickleball, shuffleboard, a grill/fire-pit area, and covered parking. Summit cable & high-speed WiFi included. Located near the beach, this condo is in South End, a neighborhood in Marco Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at South Marco Beach and Marco Beach. Marco Golf and Garden and Marco Island Center for the Arts are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and ecotours nearby.
