The Blue Anchor Villa is a wonderfully maintained luxury 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home that sleeps 8 guests comfortably with a beautiful water view and a bright open floor plan. The outdoor lanai and custom bar is a guest favorite! Some of the most amazing sunsets will be seen right from your backyard! There is a brand new pool table ping pong table in the garage. Don’t be surprised if you’re visited by some dolphins and manatee while you enjoy your private heated pool, we heat our pool to 87+- deg year around! Our home is perfect for families with children!
This home is located in an exclusive area of the island in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Walking or biking distance to the beach. Have a great time riding bikes around the island to experience the beautiful scenery of Marco Island. Many restaurants and shopping venues are as little as a few minutes away on foot making Marco Island a great place to lose the car and walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner!
The property is very close to white sand beaches. The home has beach chairs, and a couple coolers for the beach. It even includes a couple fishing poles!
The home is truly perfect for everyone to gather in the spacious common areas with an open floor plan. The openness and high ceilings lend to the feeling of having plenty of space for everyone. The huge multi-panel sliding glass patio doors from the living area out to the pool/lanai further expands the space. This home comes with a brand new custom made outdoor bar with built in high-end grill, mini-fridge, and sound system. Guests can relax at the bar while cooking out and enjoy the 50+" flat panel HDTV mounted outside. This house boasts a TV in every room. Walk outside to the lanai to see the all-new outdoor furniture with tons of space for lots of guests to sprawl out and enjoy. The home comes with a true hot-tub/jacuzzi with it's own temperature control separate from the pool. Out on the dock you'll find a couple of kayaks to enjoy in the canals. Don't be surprised if a dolphin surfaces right next to you as you paddle around. The home comes with 6 beach cruisers and even a bicycle trailer that can be used to load up your beach gear if wanting to head to our white sand beaches. This property is the perfect place to choose for your ultimate Marco Island vacation getaway. Guests will be pleased to know that your experience while staying in this home is very important to the owners. There is a professional Property Host that will be handling all aspects of your vacation from pre-check in, orientation of the home, any questions/concerns during your stay, and an on-island contact that is able to handle anything that comes up. Your vacation home comes provisioned with an initial basic supply of your essentials that you'd expect such as tissue paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soaps, and washing detergents. The professional host will be going over all of these details and more as your vacation check-in date nears.
You'll have direct and exclusive access to all areas of the property during your stay. The home also has enough driveway space for 2 full-sized vehicles to be parked. There is a small service closet that is reserved for our maintenance providers that is secured.
