The canal dock, which gives access to the ocean, is 154 feet with the ability to dock a boat or watercraft. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath house will accommodate 8 people comfortably. It is perfect for a family vacation as it is located within a short distance to the beach, close to restaurants and many ...shops. It has a modern open floor plan with a spacious family room, dining room, living room, large kitchen, and breakfast area, perfect for relaxing and catching a glimpse of a manatee or dolphin. The décor is contemporary and comfortable. It has 2 master suites, one with a queen-size bed and the other a king-size bed, both with walk-in showers. Another bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has full-size bunk beds to accommodate children, all with large closets. The 3rd bath has a bathtub. Three bedrooms have TVs with blue-ray players. This property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a two-car garage. It has a screened-in pool that overlooks the canal and a nice-sized patio with plenty of seating and a gas Bbq. Small, non-shedding dogs allowed with $250 refundable pet deposit.
