Enjoy grilling out, a fun game of Tiki Ring Toss, or taking a swim in the heated pool. Pools are heated to 86 Whether it is a morning swim with a good read, or an evening swim under the stars and string lighting, you'll be sure to make memories that make THIS Marco Island house a favorite. Conveniently located within walking distance to local parks, the farmers market, restaurants, and just minutes away from the beaches and local attractions.

Master Bedroom #2 is a private suite that includes a King size bed, private access to the pool and it's own full bathroom. It also features a boho swing, a convenient work desk, and a flat screen TV.
Guest Bedroom #1 includes a Queen size bed, dresser, closet storage, and black out curtains.
Guest Bedroom #2 features a Full/Twin and Trundle Bunk Bed. With a kid friendly design, children will enjoy the bunk bed and basketball goal.
